Exciting new launch of a high-end F&B Concessions Market opening in Cape Town next year. This will be a mutli-outlet operation with 3 bars, 17kitchens, events stages.
We are seeking a 5* multi-outlet General Manager who has their pulse of the trending markets in Cape Town to curate guest experiences.
You will be operationally exceptionally strong, have at least 5 years experience negotiating contracts with F&B suppliers, events management experience, SOPs, Inventory Management and become the FACE OF THE BRAND.
