A stunning restaurant group is looking for a General Manager for their luxury restaurant in the Camps Bay area.
An all-rounder who is able to manage the FoH and BoH to drive the brands expectations, ensure optimum achievement and retention of guests. Providing a memorable experience at all times.
- Stock and staff Management.
- Must have at least two years’ experience working in the hospitality trade with Senior Management experience with Luxury brand experience essential
- Must be able to work a 6 day week and work shifts,
- Must be very well-presented and well spoken
- Own transport essential,
- Raw and old school passion for the industry,
- Perseverance and ability to adapt
