Job Description

This role provides administrative support to the Finance team. In addition, the role is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of day to day Payroll administrative support to hotel management.

In addition the role is responsible for the accurate execution of payroll which includes maintaining an accurate SAGE People and ESS system, reporting, checking payroll, maintain time and attendance system, load and terminate employees, capture and monitor leave and patterns of abuse and any adhoc payroll related functions.

MUST HAVE: Skills and Qualifications:

Job Outline:

  • Capturing and processing of payroll hours / earnings / deductions / company contributions (400+ staff )
  • Importing hours from online time and attendance system ( Track Tech)
  • Effective EFT transfers to all staff members
  • Importing payments to Nedbank online
  • Completing and submitting of Vecto loan forms
  • Full Payment Reconciliation
  • Effective Record/Data Retention
  • Ensure Privacy and Confidentiality
  • SARS Compliances
  • Processing UIF claim forms
  • 3rd Party Reconciliations ( Unions / Garnishee, etc )
  • Old Mutual Online Portal experience – submitting of pension fund
  • Momentum Online portal experience – Submitting of pension fund
  • Effective leave reconciliations
  • Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
  • ESS Management

Salary: R14k-R17k CTC
