A luxury group of hotels is looking for an experienced Head Chef
- Must have kitchen management experience and have a minimum of two years’ experience in the roll of Head Chef.
- Experience in Menu design, costings, financial control as well as training & development of staff
- Restaurant specialises in seafood & mediterranean dishes so experience must be in those styles
- Must be able to work a 6 day week in a busy commercial restaurant environment
Salary: R25k – R25k depending on experience
