Wellness Manager – Luxury Lodge – Mpumalanga

Guest Hosting and Holistic Facilitation:

  • Extend a gracious welcome, fostering a welcoming ambiance for guests.
  • Tailor assistance to individual wellness preferences and needs.
  • Collaborate with guests to tailor wellness programs based on their unique health considerations and aspirations.
  • Stay abreast of emerging wellness trends to consistently elevate program offerings.
  • Effortlessly organize wellness events, workshops, and retreats.
  • Coordinate with various departments for seamless execution of wellness activities.
  • Develop diverse programs spanning yoga, meditation, and massage therapy.
  • Deliver training sessions in adherence to industry best practices and safety guidelines.

Wellness Lodge Oversight:

  • Manage day-to-day operations ensuring a clean, safe, and tranquil environment.
  • Oversee inventory, supplies, and equipment related to wellness activities.
  • Lead a skilled team, providing training and support for a consistently high level of service.
  • Maintain accurate records of wellness program participation.
  • Generate regular reports on the success and areas for refinement in wellness initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to seamlessly integrate wellness activities into the overall guest experience.
  • Collaborate closely with culinary teams to craft wellness-focused menus.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in wellness management or a related field.
  • Certification in yoga instruction, meditation, or massage therapy is a prerequisite.
  • Demonstrated experience in guest hosting and delivering personalized service.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Well-versed in wellness trends with an ability to infuse them into program development.
