Description:

• Table Setup & Bush Experiences: Prepare and set up tables for various dining experiences, including bush dinners, bush brunches, and special sundowners.
• Order Taking: Interact with guests to take food orders and ensure a delightful dining experience.
• Sales & Stock Control: Manage sales of drinks, apply stock control knowledge to maintain inventory.
• Bar & Restaurant Maintenance: Keep the bar and restaurant area clean and organized.
• Communication: Liaise with the kitchen for special requests, coordinate dining setups, and ensure seamless communication within the team.
• Beverage Knowledge: Showcase your passion and knowledge in cocktails, drinks, coffee, and possibly wine.

Requirements:

• Energetic and vibrant personality.
• Previous experience in a similar role, especially in bush lodges, is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge or passion for cocktails, drinks, coffee, and wine.
