Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter in a fine dining or high-end restaurant.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle busy shifts with ease.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food and beverage pairings is a plus.
• Ability to speak both English and Afrikaans is preferred.
