Description:

As a Waiter/Barmen, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to guests in our hotel’s dining areas and bar. Your duties will include:

• Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and escorting them to their tables.
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring guests’ preferences and dietary requirements are met.
• Serving meals and beverages promptly and courteously, with attention to detail and presentation.
• Recommending menu items and providing descriptions of specials to guests.
• Operating the bar area, preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with company standards and legal regulations.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
• Handling cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly, processing payments and issuing receipts.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter and/or bartender in a hospitality setting, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures, including wine service and cocktail preparation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional attitude.
• Attention to detail and cleanliness, with a commitment to upholding hygiene and safety standards.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
