– Formal classical all round experience in a leading culinary arts College in South Africa
– at least 3 year’s solid work experience in a 5 star, fine dining restaurant environment
– Unequaled passion about your culinary journey
– An inquisitive and eager mind wanting to know everything about the history of food as well as staying abreast of all new international food trends
– Plating to Perfection and a Pride in all you Produce
– Understanding where food comes from, from Ocean to Plate
