Our client is seeking a talented and dedicated Speciality Chef for their Italian Style restaurant in Southern Ireland.

The company will cover your work permit costs. South Africans do not need visas for Ireland but we do need work permits. After a year of service your family can join you too at no extra cost.

Description:

• This is a countryside position so will suit a person who is not looking for a city life.
• The hours can be long and high pressure so you will need to have some backbone!
• The restaurant is not fine-dining but is certainly of a high level international standard of cuisine.
• Your salary will be taxed in accordance with Irish tax laws, and accommodation will be provided. If you want to find your own accommodation, the salary can be adjusted slightly upwards.

• Must have out of this world Pizza/Pasta/Italian Bread skills
• We need someone with a stable background, strong references, a food portfolio showcasing literally what you can bring to the table!
• Your references need to show consistent 5 year’s of experience as a senior chef.
• We need people with strong restaurant (not hotel) backgrounds.

Salary: EUROS 35,000 per annum (approximately R720,000 p/a)

Accommodation is provided on site: at a cost to you of Euros 600 per month
