Join our team at a prestigious safari lodge nestled in the heart of nature, offering guests a luxurious and rejuvenating experience. We are seeking a dedicated Spa Therapist/Hostess to provide exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our esteemed guests.

Description:

• Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, and scrubs
• Welcome guests to the spa, assist with enquiries, and ensure their comfort throughout their visit
• Schedule spa appointments efficiently, coordinating with guests and other departments
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the spa area
• Promote and sell spa retail products, educating guests on their benefits
• Work closely with other spa team members and lodge staff to deliver seamless service
• Assist with administrative duties such as inventory management and record-keeping
• Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge

Requirements:

• Certification or diploma in Spa Therapy, Aesthetics, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Proficiency in a variety of spa treatments and skincare techniques
• Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages a plus
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Genuine interest in holistic wellness and promoting relaxation
