• Therapeutic Treatments: Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body wraps, and other therapeutic services, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Client Consultation: Conduct thorough client consultations to understand individual needs and preferences, tailoring treatments accordingly.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest spa products and techniques, providing expert recommendations to enhance the overall spa experience.
• Hygiene and Cleanliness: Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in treatment rooms and spa facilities.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for spa guests.
• Promotions and Upselling: Assist in promoting spa services, packages, and retail products, contributing to the overall success of the spa.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: Relevant qualification in spa therapy or beauty therapy.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a luxury spa environment.
• Certifications: Certification in massage and other spa treatments.
• Customer Focus: A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable spa experiences.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
