Spa Supervisor / Guest Experience Team Member (Masseuse / Reception / Admin) – Luxury Lodge – Limpopo

Are you a versatile team player with a passion for wellness and guest satisfaction? Join our client’s team at their brand new luxury lodge in Limpopo! They’re seeking a motivated individual to take on the role of Spa Supervisor and Guest Experience Team Member, combining skills in massage therapy, reception, administration, and guest relations to ensure a seamless and unforgettable experience for their guests.



  • Collaborate with lodge management to design a comprehensive treatment menu that reflects the unique environment of the Soutpansberg.
  • Research and source high-quality spa products for retail and treatments.

Day-to-Day Operations:

  • Assist in lodge reception duties, including guest check-in and checkout, providing exceptional service at every touchpoint.
  • Manage daily spa operations, including scheduling appointments, greeting guests warmly, and overseeing a seamless check-in and check-out process.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and relaxing spa environment, ensuring guests feel pampered and rejuvenated.
  • Manage spa inventory, including ordering and maintaining stock of products.
  • Handle spa administration duties, such as scheduling, payroll processing, and generating reports.
  • Uphold the highest standards of guest service, ensuring a luxurious experience across the entire lodge.
  • Assist with duties in other lodge departments if operationally required by management.


  • Diploma in Somatology / Health & Skin Care or Cosmetology (minimum 2-year Diploma).
  • Previous employment in a luxury establishment Spa/hotel/lodge or spa essential.
  • Strong organisational, communication, administration, and stock control skills.
  • Stable employment history and contactable references.
  • Well-groomed and professionally presentable.

Compensation: Dependent on experience but will include lodging and meals during time at camp. Due to the location of the camp, all staff will work on a rotational basis, likely 6-8 weeks on and 10-14 days off.
