Description:

As the Spa Manager, you will oversee all spa operations, working closely with the owners to develop and refine guest journeys, treatments, and holistic activities. Your role will include managing scheduling, planning treatments, and ensuring that each guest receives a gentle and nurturing experience. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere, guiding the team in delivering exceptional care, and ensuring impeccable attention to detail.

In addition to management responsibilities, you may be required to assist during peak periods, especially if you have a background in therapy, yoga, or wellness. This position demands a warm, sincere, and open communication style, with the ability to intuitively read the needs of guests and adapt to ensure a truly personalized experience.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing a team of body therapists and external wellness practitioners.
• Working closely with the owners to develop and enhance the spa’s treatment offerings and holistic wellness activities.
• Planning and scheduling treatments and wellness activities for guests.
• Ensuring impeccable attention to detail and maintaining a serene, healing environment.
• Communicating effectively with staff and guests, addressing special requests and personalizing guest experiences.
• Assisting with treatments or activities during busy periods, if you have relevant wellness training.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership skills with experience in a spa or wellness management role.
• Excellent communication abilities, both with team members and guests.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to intuitively assess guest needs.
• Administrative skills for scheduling and planning treatments and activities.
• A background in wellness, therapy, or yoga is an advantage.
• Passion for hospitality, wellness, and regenerative practices.
