Spa Manager – Hotel & Lodge – West Rand

Beautiful 4* property on West Rand requires the services of a Spa Manager to oversee their busy spa on-site

Must have at least 2 years of experience managing a Spa within a 3- 4-star hotel, 4 to 5 years of hotel spa experience overall

Responsibilities

Responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations
Direction and development of the Spa’s retail, treatments & service side, and staff.
The applicant must be able to develop opportunities and maintain and grow the existing client base and revenues.
Attend management meetings and convey all relevant information throughout the Spa.
Ensure healthy sales margins are maintained
Stock Management
All Spa reservations, confirmations, payments, voucher system, etc.

Required Experience & Qualifications

 Must be a qualified Therapist with a recognized Health & Skin Diploma.
 Must have 4-5 years of experience in a formal Spa environment.
 Must have at least two years of experience at the management level
