Description:

  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan and execute high-end culinary experiences that exceed the expectations of our discerning guests.
  • Lead and inspire the kitchen brigade, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to menu development, bringing your creative flair and innovative ideas to elevate our offerings to new heights.
  • Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency are maintained at all times.
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including ordering, inventory management, and cost control, while adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Train, mentor, and develop culinary team members to uphold the established standards of the establishment.
  • Execute flawless service during high-pressure situations, maintaining composure and delivering exceptional results.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a five-star culinary environment, demonstrating a track record of success and achievement.
  • Culinary expertise with a passion for creating unique and memorable dishes that showcase innovation and creativity.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse kitchen team.
  • Precision in culinary techniques and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the culinary team, other departments, and management.
  • A background in a prestigious, luxury hospitality setting is essential.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Formal culinary education and relevant certifications are highly desirable.
