Description:
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan and execute high-end culinary experiences that exceed the expectations of our discerning guests.

- Contribute to menu development, bringing your creative flair and innovative ideas to elevate our offerings to new heights.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency are maintained at all times.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including ordering, inventory management, and cost control, while adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Train, mentor, and develop culinary team members to uphold the established standards of the establishment.
- Execute flawless service during high-pressure situations, maintaining composure and delivering exceptional results.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a five-star culinary environment, demonstrating a track record of success and achievement.
- Culinary expertise with a passion for creating unique and memorable dishes that showcase innovation and creativity.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse kitchen team.
- Precision in culinary techniques and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.
