Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a five-star culinary environment, demonstrating a track record of success and achievement.

Culinary expertise with a passion for creating unique and memorable dishes that showcase innovation and creativity.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse kitchen team.

Precision in culinary techniques and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the culinary team, other departments, and management.

A background in a prestigious, luxury hospitality setting is essential.

Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Formal culinary education and relevant certifications are highly desirable.
