Seeking a hands-on, energetic, 5* Hotel Sous Chef

Boutique Hotel Group in Northern England are seeking 5* Sous Chef due to the skills shortages of chefs in the UK. We currently have a team of 20 South Africans already employed with the group. We need a strong head chef with a la carte and mutli-outlet experience including fine-dining, and weddings.
3 Year Visas for Skilled Workers – UNITED KINGDOM – These are renewable if you are aiming for a BRITISH PASSPORT
Description:
VISA COSTS:
Medical Health Surcharge. R75,000 (This is the amount the UK government requires you to pay for your full medical aid 3 years in advance)
Visa Application Fee: R17,200
TB Test: R3,500
English Test: R4,300
Visa Appointment: R3,000
TOTAL = R105,000 plus your One-way Flight… Please note that all costs are calculated on the exchange rate and may be subject to some fluctuation.
Requirements:
Benefits: Accommodation at subsidised rate, 3 meals per day on and off duty, overtime paid
Hospitality Jobs Africa will never ask you to pay any money directly to us, and once shortlisted, we will give you further information about the client and the process. You will be dealing directly with the UK government processing your permits.
Staff accommodation (staff ony), all meals on and off duty, and laundry is provided as a sponsored rate of £300 (GBP) per month. Overtime is paid from hour 46.
