Beautiful, Relais & Chateau wine estate in Stellenbosch is seeking a 5* Sous Chef for their Asian-influenced restaurant which offers a fine-dining a la carte menu.
You will have a culinary qualification and at least 6 – 8 year’s experience in a high-end restaurant, hotel or wine estate.
Own transport is required unless you live in a neighbouring area.
You will receive a salary of R23000 to R25000 per month negotiable and depending on experience.
