Sous Chef – 2 Rosette Boutique 5* Hotel – England
We are seeking the top Sous Chef. You will have multi-outlet experience in a 5* property including fine-dining restaurants, events, and weddings, bar, lounge and terrace, high-tea. The property has 2 award-winning 2 Rosette restaurants.

The company will sponsor candidates and is offering a THREE-YEAR UK SPONSORSHIP. This cost will be carried by the company to get chefs there.
However, the company will not cover the cost of the actual visa processing or flights to the UK (You can get a single, not a return to save upfront costs). This will need to be covered by the candidate and is also approximately R73000 depending on current exchange rate. Included in this amount is the cost of the visa, all of the medical insurance cover for the full 3 years, a TB Test, and EnglishTest, a Visa Appointment. All the payments you make go directly onto the UK.Gov portal and not through us. Hospitality Jobs Africa will assist you with all the paperwork you need to do.
Hospitality Jobs Africa will never ask you to pay any money directly to us, and once shortlisted, we will give you further information about the client and the process. You will be dealing directly with the UK government processing your permits.
Staff accommodation, all meals on and off duty, and laundry is provided as a sponsored rate of 220 pounds per month. Overtime is paid from hour 46.
£30,000 a year, overtime after 45 hours at time and a half, subisized management accommodation, 3 meals a day both on and off duty..
Must have al a carte fine dining experience, high teas, weddings for up to 100 pax, casual bar dining – mulit-outlet experience which will include leading a team in a 5***** hotel.
They must be involved in service no executive chef role very hands-on.
Visas are easily extendable and can lead to British citizenship after 7 years
