Sommelier – Pre-opening Wine Estate – Paarl
Join the pre-opening of an exciting new wine estate in Paarl with a large F&B offering a qualified and experienced wine sommelier to pre-launch and run the team alongside the Restaurant Manager.
We are seeking a dynamic hands on person who is able to do both fine-dining and casual dining, picnics and a high-volume 600 seater capacity without losing food quality.
You will be recruiting and managing a team of circa 20 front-of-house staff.
Pre-opening experience is a very strong added advantage to your application.
Qualifications and 5* wine estate experience are essential!
