Description:

As a Sommelier, you’ll be an integral part of our client’s luxury lodge experience. Your expertise in wines will elevate their guests’ culinary journey, creating memorable moments through impeccable wine service and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

Craft an outstanding wine selection to complement our client’s gourmet offerings.
Guide guests through curated wine experiences, sharing your expertise.
Manage wine inventory, ensuring optimal storage and freshness.
Collaborate with their culinary team to enhance food and wine pairings.
Elevate their guest experience by hosting wine tastings and events.

Requirements:

In-depth knowledge of wines, varietals, regions, and food pairings.
Proven experience as a Sommelier in a luxury setting.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction.
Passion for sharing your wine knowledge with both novice and experienced enthusiasts.
