Description:
As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in shaping the culinary direction of our clients establishment. You will be responsible for collaborating with the Head Chef to create and execute innovative menus, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and flavor. Your responsibilities will include leading and motivating the kitchen team, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
Culinary degree or equivalent qualification.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Creative and innovative approach to menu planning.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
