Senior Restaurant Manager required for busy daytime restaurant in Newlands, Cape Town. Looking for high energy candidates with 4+ years Restaurant Management experience.

Must have strong General Restaurant Management skills both Front & Back of House. Main duties will include staff management, stock control, floor management, opening & closing procedures as well as all month-end duties. Strong customer relations skills are essential. Applicants must be skilled in restaurant administration and Pilot software. Must be able to work under pressure. The position is ideal for someone who works well in a team. Must be friendly, well-groomed and well spoken. 6 day week including weekends and public holidays.

Drivers license essential.
Preference will be given to applicants who can start immediately.
