Join our client’s esteemed Self Catering Estate in the heart of the Winelands, celebrated for its scenic beauty and top-notch amenities. They’re expanding their team and seeking a skilled Senior Manager to play a key role in their guest-facing operations.

IMMEDIATE START!

Description:

• Act as the face of the business, ensuring a warm and inviting environment for guests
• Oversee day-to-day lodge operations with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Manage laundry services, maintenance, and housekeeping
• Efficiently handle supplier relationships and procurement
• Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure accurate reporting to Head Quarters in Cape Town
• Uphold and enhance the overall guest experience
• Competitive salary range: R25,000 – R35,000

Requirements:

• Strong managerial skills with a proven track record
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a managerial capacity
• Familiarity with self-catering establishments and golf estates is advantageous
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Effective communication skills for guest interactions and team coordination
• Knowledge of reporting procedures and ability to meet KPIs

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Available ASAP

Proactive and hands-on approach to management

Ability to be the primary point of contact for guests

Reporting directly to HQ in Cape Town, with the ability to work independently
