We are looking for an experienced Senior Chef Lecturer, for a brand new chef school opening in Maun Botswana this year.
IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU HAVE A HOSPITALITY RELATED DEGREE! (NOT A DIPLOMA BUT A DEGREE) in order to obtain a work permit
You will be at the forefront of a new school that will have the first intake of 120 students.
You will have had Hot and Cold Kitchen experience, and understand the latest techniques used in fine dining Kitchens
