Description:

As the Security Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies and procedures to safeguard our guests, staff, and assets. Your duties will include overseeing the security team, conducting regular patrols, and monitoring surveillance systems to ensure the premises are secure at all times. You will investigate incidents, accidents, and breaches of security, and take appropriate action to address and prevent recurrences. Additionally, you will liaise with local law enforcement agencies and coordinate emergency response procedures. Collaboration with other departments to ensure compliance with security protocols and the overall safety of our guests and employees will also be part of your responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a security management role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and equipment
• Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Proficiency in conducting security assessments and risk management
• Sound judgment and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Certification in security management or relevant field is preferred
