Description:

As a Wine Ambassador, you will be responsible for guiding guests through wine tastings, sharing detailed knowledge about various wines, and enhancing the overall guest experience. Your role will involve conducting educational sessions, recommending wine pairings, and ensuring that guests leave with a deeper appreciation of the wines they’ve tasted. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a deep love for wine and a desire to work in a prestigious environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Wine Ambassador or in a similar role within the wine industry.
• Strong knowledge of wines, wine regions, and the winemaking process.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage with guests and provide a memorable educational experience.
• Passion for the wine industry and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• A certification in wine studies (e.g., WSET) is preferred but not required.
