Position: Restaurant Hostess

Location: Stellenbosch, Western Cape

Salary: R9000

Description:

Warmly welcome and greet guests upon their arrival.

Manage reservations and ensure an organized seating plan.

Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.

Communicate with the waiting staff to coordinate seating and service.

Assist in maintaining a tidy and inviting reception area.

Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the restaurant.

Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Uphold a high standard of customer service and guest satisfaction.

Contribute to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is advantageous.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A friendly and welcoming demeanor.
