We are a rapidly expanding hotel group focused on delivering cutting-edge data solutions to our properties and products. As we grow, we’re looking for a talented and driven Sales Systems Manager to optimise our sales systems and ensure flawless project execution.

Proven experience with JavaScript and Python for system customisation and automation tasks.

Proficiency in Opera Cloud and Zoho CRM systems, with a track record of optimising sales workflows.

Description:

• Manage and optimise the sales systems, including CRM and booking platforms, to enhance the efficiency of our sales operations.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to gather and interpret operational data, sales trends, and client feedback.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the sales systems to ensure seamless functioning and minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline data flow and system integrations, supporting the overall sales strategy.
• Implement automation processes to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
• Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring that all platforms are operating at peak efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimise sales operations, increasing bookings and revenue across our hotel properties.
• Train and support sales teams on the effective use of sales systems and tools.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with JavaScript and Python for system customisation and automation tasks.
• Proficiency in Opera Cloud and Zoho CRM systems, with a track record of optimising sales workflows.

• Strong background in automation and database management to drive efficient sales processes.
• Hands-on experience in system monitoring and maintenance, ensuring data integrity and system reliability.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales systems management, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
