Sales Support – Luxury Safari Company – Cape Town
Our client is a luxury travel company, and they are seeking a Sales Support professional to join their team in Cape Town. In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative and sales support to our Agent Sales Manager.
This is an entry-level position, designed to offer growth opportunities over time. The successful candidate will have a passion for safari travel and Africa, along with professional work experience. As Sales Support, you will be expected to assist in the day-to-day sales activities, including preparing quotes, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate customer records.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and sales support to the Agent Sales Manager.
Prepare quotes and proposals for customers.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
Assist with the organization of sales events and campaigns.
Help coordinate travel arrangements for customers.
Requirements:
Previous professional work experience in sales support or customer service.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A passion for safari travel and Africa.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be available to start as soon as possible.
