Sales Operations Consultant – Luxury Safari Company – Cape Town
Our client, a luxury travel company, is seeking a Sales Operations Consultant to join their team in Cape Town. As a Sales Operations Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our sales operations, with a focus on process optimization, data analysis, and reporting.
This is an intermediate-level position, and the successful candidate will have experience in sales operations, data analysis, and process optimization. As Sales Operations Consultant, you will be expected to provide insights to the Sales Manager to help inform sales strategies, monitor the sales pipeline, and continuously improve our sales processes.
Responsibilities:
Provide insights to the Sales Manager to help inform sales strategies.
Monitor the sales pipeline and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager.
Develop and maintain sales reports to track KPIs and performance metrics.
Continuously improve our sales processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth travel operations.
Provide training and support to junior sales team members.
Requirements:
Relevant professional work experience in sales operations, data analysis, and process optimization.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in data analysis tools, such as Excel or Tableau.
A deep understanding of sales processes and pipelines.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be available to start as soon as possible.
