Package:

Salary: $1500.

Start Date: ASAP.

Inclusive: VISA processing, flight tickets, in-house accommodation.

Health Insurance: Candidates will be registered with our official Health Insurance Scheme.

Annual Leave: Entitled after one year of service with a return ticket provided for flights to the home country.

Description:

As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue and promoting our clients hotel group’s brand. Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans, oversee advertising campaigns, and establish partnerships to enhance the hotel’s market presence. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless guest experience and contribute to the overall success of our hotel group.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and brand visibility.

Manage advertising campaigns, promotions, and online presence.

Build and maintain relationships with key partners and clients.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a consistent guest experience.

Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager in the hospitality industry.

Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing initiatives.
