As the Safari Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the hotel’s safari activities. This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the African wilderness while delivering outstanding safari experiences to guests from around the world.

Description:

• Plan, organize, and lead safari excursions for hotel guests, ensuring safety and adherence to regulations at all times.
• Coordinate with guides, drivers, and other staff members to ensure smooth operation of safari activities.
• Provide informative and engaging commentary during safari drives, educating guests about the local wildlife, flora, and fauna.
• Ensure that safari vehicles and equipment are well-maintained and in optimal condition.
• Monitor wildlife sightings and trends to enhance guest experiences and maximize opportunities for animal encounters.
• Uphold high standards of customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with wildlife conservation efforts and environmental sustainability initiatives.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in safari management or guiding roles is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of local wildlife, habitats, and ecosystems.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• First aid and CPR certification is advantageous.
• Passion for nature, conservation, and outdoor adventure.
