Revenue Administrator – Luxury Hotel Group – Cape Town

A Luxury Hotel Group is on the hunt for a skilled Revenue Administrator to join their ranks. In this pivotal role, you’ll be a key player in optimizing revenue across a diverse array of properties. Seeking an individual with a sophisticated understanding of revenue practices, top-notch analytical skills, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.


  • Generate and disseminate daily pick-up reports
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Team to analyze and interpret changes in pick-up reports
  • Ensure accurate submission of STR data
  • Assist in rate negotiations and inquiries
  • Construct and maintain rates in Opera PMS
  • Uphold rate parity between the hotel and OTA platforms
  • Manage rebate requests and respond to emails promptly
  • Address and resolve escalated revenue management queries
  • Complete required daily reporting tasks
  • Prepare and distribute weekly revenue and pick-up reports
  • Verify the accuracy of blocks, tracking, and wash reports
  • Generate and distribute weekly strategy meeting reports
  • Attend and document weekly strategy revenue meetings
  • Follow up on action points arising from weekly meetings
  • Assist with 3rd party audits and ensure accuracy
  • Complete required monthly reporting tasks
  • Prepare reporting for monthly owners’ reviews
  • Update reporting formats for the upcoming month
  • Assist with the implementation of new systems and contribute to ad hoc projects
  • Participate in the annual budgeting process
  • Contribute to the annual rate contracting process


  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Reservations/Revenue Management
  • Preferred: Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent
  • Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications: Opera, Word, and Excel
  • Meticulous attention to detail and impeccable organizational skills
  • Previous experience with Opera PMS and familiarity with online travel agents’ extranets
  • Demonstrated capability in budgeting, forecasting, and market segmentation
  • Ability to collaborate within a team or work independently
  • Strong numerical and data analysis skills
