Restaurant Reservationist – 4* Hotel – Umhlanga
Our client, a prestigious 4-star hotel in Umhlanga, is renowned for exceptional guest experiences and fine dining. We are currently seeking a skilled Restaurant Reservationist to join their team and play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless dining reservations for their guests.
Position Overview: Restaurant Reservationist
As a Restaurant Reservationist, you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking dining reservations. Your expertise in guest service and experience with the Opera reservation system will enable you to provide efficient and personalized service to enhance the overall dining experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage restaurant reservations using the Opera system.
Assist guests in making dining reservations and inquiries.
Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth seating arrangements.
Provide guests with relevant information about our dining options.
Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest preferences.
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Restaurant Reservationist is essential.
Proficiency in using the Opera reservation system is required.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to handle a high volume of reservations with poise.
Location: Umhlanga, Kwazulu-Natal, South Africa Start Date: ASAP
