Newly build restaurant in the city of Kampala, Uganda, will be a high-end French / Italian cuisine concept with 30 tables in the main restaurant and a lounge area with a capacity of 100 people.
We need a strong Restaurant Manager to assist the owners with the initial start up, menu concepts, front of house systems etc, so previous pre-opening experience will be an added benefit.
Experience in both French and Italian cuisine is essential.
Salary will be paid in dollars $2500 + expat benefits
