Restaurant Manager (FOH & BOH) – Up-Market – Camps Bay
An upmarket restaurant based in Camps Bay is looking for an experienced Manager who has very strong FOH & BOH experience.
Requirements:
Strong experience in restaurants/hotels
Strong knowledge on costings (bar and kitchen)
Able to implement measures to reduce food and liquor cost (wastage, ordering, stock control, supplier comparison.)
Able to supervise the food/bar ordering (successful back of house experience)
Able to set up and implement successful Kitchen team training to improve hygiene, productivity and consistency
Able to do some shifts on the floor (50% of the time)
Experience:
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
