Restaurant Manager – Casual Dining – Benoni
Busy Restaurant in Benoni is looking for an all-round Restaurant Manager to join the team. Must have experience in a busy Restaurant environment with extensive knowledge of Restaurant floor management. We are looking for someone who works well in a team and who can work under pressure. Applicants must be ambitious, self-motivated, and energetic.
Duties:
Staff management, stock control, opening & closing procedures.
Requirements:
5+ year’s management experience in Restaurants. Strong communications skills with the ability to manage a complete front and back of house Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken and must have exceptional customer relations skills. Experience with Restaurant administration & POS systems is essential.
Candidates with a long working history at previous employers will be preferred. All references must be contactable.
