Beautiful luxury 5* Boutique Hotel in the Natal Midlands is seeking a 5* Restaurant Manager
Experienced south African restaurant manager
Fine dining experience
Passion for 5 star service and working with people
Will manage 2 restaurants (1 only currently open Fridays – Sundays)
Needs stock management experience
Semper and/or other POS
Staff training
Wine knowledge (ideally a wine qualification of some sort)
Presentable
Duty Manager experience
Must be comfortable infront of guests and handling complaints
Accommodation provided – but is sharing with mid management (a house – will have own room)
Salary is depending on experience and the individual but is in the area of R20k
