A stunning restaurant group is looking for a General Manager for their luxury restaurant in the Camps Bay area.
An all-rounder who is able to manage the FoH and BoH to drive the brands expectations, ensure optimum achievement and retention of guests. Providing a memorable experience at all times.
Stock and staff Management.
Must have at least two years’ experience working in the hospitality trade with Senior Management experience with Luxury brand experience essential
Must be able to work a 6 day week and work shifts,
Must be very well-presented and well spoken
Own transport essential,
Raw and old school passion for the industry,
Perseverance and ability to adapt
