Description:

• Handle guest reservations across various platforms like Nightsbridge, Booking.com, Lekkerslaap, Adgoa, etc.
• Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction.
• Provide timely and professional responses to guest inquiries and requests.
• Maintain precise records of reservations and guest information.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize occupancy rates and guest experiences.
• Assist with duty manager tasks as needed, including hosting guests and lodge administration.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience in reservations management within the hospitality sector.
• Preferably holds a qualification in hospitality.
• Proficient in PAN Hospitality systems like Nightsbridge and various booking platforms.
• Possesses a valid driver’s license (PDP recommended).
• Comfortable with office-based work and occasional duty manager responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Available for a 21-day on, 7-day off work cycle.
