Description:

Reservation Management:

• Handle guest inquiries and reservations through various channels, including phone, email, and online platforms.
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of reservation information into the system.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special requests and accommodations.

Guest Services:

• Provide personalized assistance to guests, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service and represent the luxury brand with professionalism.

Communication:

• Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with tact and diplomacy.

Sales Support:

• Promote lodge services, packages, and special offers to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Utilize sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell lodge amenities and experiences.

Data Management:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of reservations and guest information.
• Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in reservations or a related customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and hotel management software.
