Luxury Hotel Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Reservationist to join their team and contribute to the success of their renowned luxury hotel group. As a Reservationist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless and personalized reservations for discerning guests.

Description:

• Manage and process reservations through the Opera reservations system.
• Provide personalized assistance to guests, offering information about room availability, rates, and packages.
• Ensure accuracy in reservation details and maintain up-to-date information in the system.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and preferences.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with the front office team to optimize room allocations and maximize occupancy.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance and demeanour.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Reservationist in a luxury hotel environment.
• Proficiency in using the Opera reservations system is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of local attractions and amenities to assist guests effectively.
