Regional Manager – Contract Catering – East London & surrounds

Leading outsourced solutions provider within the Food & Beverage and contract catering space is looking to urgently fill the role of a Regional Manager

Join a leading SA employer with great room for growth while managing the profitability, sustainability and growth of Catering solutions for key accounts within the EC region, by optimising operations and driving teams and client engagement to enhance customer experience

Description:

• Projects within the allocated region achieve budgeted and/or expected profits
• Project, regional and relevant Head Office expenses are in line with budgets and/or meet stipulated turnover/expense ratios
• Efficient and ongoing control is exercised over menu costing, purchases, labour costs and appropriate and speedy action is taken to rectify identified problems
• Efficient and ongoing control is exercised over debt collection and appropriate and speedy action is taken to rectify identified problems
• Efficient and ongoing control is exercised over cash expenses and banking procedures
• In liaison with the relevant  Financial Manager annual budgets prepared and are scrutinised and adjusted where indicated and submitted to the Chief Financial Officer on or before the stipulated deadline
• Quarterly projections and strategies submitted by Project Managers are evaluated and submitted on or before the required deadline
• Budgets

• key account management and client relationship

Requirements:

Desired Experience & Qualification

5+ years Project Manager experience in Contract Catering

B.Com or similar highly beneficial

Hospitality or Culinary Diploma tertiary recognition
