Key Responsibilities:

• Handling reservations/ reception and inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Managing and updating the Opera Cloud reservation system.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure guest requests and preferences are met.
• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing guest concerns promptly.
• Maintaining accurate records and reports of bookings and cancellations.
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in Opera Cloud reservation system.
