Purchase and Cost Controller- Sandton 25k

One of the largest hotel groups is currently seeking an experienced Purchase and Cost Controller to join their team in Sandton.

Duties:

Planning, organizing and managing all the hotel’s costs.

Compiling monthly cost forecast

Verifying invoices by supplier

Responsible for all purchasing functions quotations, quality and availability

Responsible for inventory

Requirements:

3-5 years in a similar position in a hotel

Qualification beneficial
