Private House Manager – Private Residence – Nigeria

We offer an exclusive opportunity as the Private House Manager for our esteemed client’s Chairman’s Residence in Nigeria. We are seeking an experienced and proactive individual to oversee the daily operations of the household, ensuring seamless functionality and meeting the Chairman’s expectations. If you have a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate executive needs, we invite you to be part of this prestigious role.

Package:

Salary: $750 – $850.

Start Date: ASAP.

Inclusive: VISA processing, flight tickets, in-house accommodation.

Health Insurance: Candidates will be registered with our official Health Insurance Scheme.

Annual Leave: Entitled after one year of service with a return ticket provided for flights to the home country.

Description:

As the Private House Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the Chairman’s residence to the highest standards. Your responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, coordinating maintenance projects, and ensuring the overall well-being of the household. You will directly engage with the Chairman, anticipating and fulfilling expectations while maintaining the utmost professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage daily operations and logistics of the Chairman’s residence.

Oversee maintenance projects, ensuring the house is well-maintained at all times.

Anticipate and meet the Chairman’s expectations with a high level of discretion and professionalism.

Coordinate with household staff to ensure smooth functioning of all facilities.

Conduct proactive problem-solving and respond promptly to issues.

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience as a House Manager or in a similar role.

Physical agility to move around the residence with ease.
