A new 5***** boutique hotel in Franschoek that accommodates up to 43 international guests as well as outside catering for up to 200 pax is looking for a private Chef
There is no restaurant, it is an open plan kitchen and all guests are catered to privately as per their stipulations so you will have lots of room to be creative with your own dishes and private menus.
You will:
Live in or nearby Franschoek or have reliable transport to get there
Experience in all kitchen departments in a 5* environment
Experience working with international clientele
Creativity, ability to write own menus from scratch
Up-to-date knowledge of food trends over a variety of culinary influences
Clear criminal record and excellent references will back your stable work history.
