Assisting the Portfolio Manager with the following
Make sure guests are happy at all times.
Checking guests in.
Coordinating changeovers, maids, laundry, stock take, apartment/house maintenance.
Giving guests a concierge experience through local knowledge of the area.
Communication with team leader and portfolio manager.
Coordinating your calendar to ensure the smooth running of portfolio and smooth check-in and out of guests.
Must be prepared to be flexible with time and be available as and when required.
All and any administration that running the portfolio requires.
Inspecting apartments to make sure they are ready for the guest’s arrival.
Checking wifi, checking enough electricity on prepaid meters. checking the linen and towels etc.
Must have a great sense of forward planning and coordination of cleaning staff.
Must be flexible with time.
Experience in hospitality is a plus.
Experience with cleaning staff is a plus.
People skills and patience is a must.
The ability to improvise is a must.
Proficiency on a computer and the ability to learn how to operate new systems is a must.
Must have great administration skills.
This position will require working overtime
